The H&SE have issued an Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) and Guidance for the prevention, control and elimination of the bacteria Legionella pneumophila

This should be implemented and properly managed so that all water services should be routinely checked for temperature, water demand and inspected for cleanliness and use.
