"Heavy duty" applications would include large office blocks, factories, hospitals, department stores etc - any building that needs to provide a high quality indoor environment for a large number of rooms from one system.

For large applications we usually recommend a VRF/VRV installation as these prove to be the most efficient and cost effective solutions.
